These pages describe Arts of Attraction Telehealth and help Florida patients request a consult with Carla Blanc, FNP-C. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing here creates a provider–patient relationship.
Florida patients only
Telehealth services described on this site are offered only to patients located in Florida. By requesting a consult you confirm that you are a Florida resident or will be in Florida for care as required by law.
No emergency care
This website and phone line are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Medications and candidacy
Mentions of hormone therapy, TRT, HRT, peptides, thyroid care, or weight-management medications (including semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide) are educational. They are not offers to prescribe. Not every patient is a candidate. Any prescription is made only after an appropriate consult.
Clinical records and this website
Clinical records, intake, and visit logistics are kept in a HIPAA-compliant system (not on this website). This website does not store charts and should not be used to send PHI.
The spa website
In-person spa services are described at artsofattraction.com. That site and this telehealth site share a brand; they are not interchangeable for booking medical care.
