Who can become a patient?
Telehealth with Arts of Attraction is for Florida patients only. If you live outside Florida, we cannot provide this care.
Is this a video-visit website?
No. This site is for brand and booking only. There are no video visits, charts, or medical intake forms here. Clinical records are kept in a HIPAA-compliant system (not on this website).
Who is the provider?
Carla Blanc, FNP-C, is the Telehealth & Wellness Nurse Practitioner. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Her focus includes hormone optimization, TRT and HRT, medical weight management, peptide therapy, thyroid health, sexual wellness, and fertility support.
How do I book a consult?
Choose Book a consult. Leave your name, phone, and email, or call (727) 577-3558. Do not send medical details through this website.
What is discussed in a weight-management consult?
Carla reviews history, medications, goals, lifestyle, and labs when indicated. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide may be considered as consult options if they are appropriate. We do not publish prices or packages on this site.
Do you list prices here?
No. Fees, medications, and whether a therapy is right for you are discussed in consult. This site is not a storefront.
Will I fill out medical forms on this site?
No. This website does not collect protected health information. Clinical records are kept in a HIPAA-compliant system (not on this website).
Where is the practice, and when are you available?

Telehealth is part of Arts of Attraction, the St. Petersburg brow, lash, and skin spa. Beauty and wellness share an address. In-spa services remain on artsofattraction.com; this site is dedicated to telehealth consults with Carla.
