A short guide to Florida-only care: how to request a consult, what we talk about, and what the form never asks for.
Is this only for Florida patients?
Yes. Arts of Attraction Telehealth is for Florida patients only. If you live outside Florida, we aren't able to provide this care.
How do I request a consult?
Choose Book a consult and leave your name, phone, email, and any days or times that work for you, or call (727) 577-3558. The first visit is a complimentary consult. Please don't send medical details through this website.
What topics can we discuss?
Consults cover hormone optimization, TRT and HRT, medical weight management (including 13-week programs when they belong), peptide therapy, thyroid support, and sexual wellness and fertility. What's right for you gets decided in the visit, not from this page.
Do you list prices here?
No. This site has no price menu, package list, or medication catalog. Fees, and whether a therapy is right for you, are covered in the consult.
Do I send labs or medical details on this form?
No. The consult form only asks for your name, phone, email, and preferred days or times. Please don't attach labs or describe symptoms, medications, or other health details here. Clinical records are kept in a HIPAA-compliant system (not on this website).

Is this for emergencies?
